JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven and eager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and welcoming new vape customers and long-time customers to the store.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Recommending products based on individual’s requirements and budget.
• Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Be 19+ Years Old to apply

• Minimum 1-year Customer Service experience
• Minimum 1-year Retail experience
• Minimum 1-year Sales experience
