Payment Methods
At NYX ECIGS Inc., we offer fast, easy, and secure checkout. The following payment methods are available:
1. Credit Card
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard through SSL-secured checkout.
2. Interac e-Transfer
Please send your payment to sales@nyxecigs.com and include your order number in the message field.

3. Flagged Orders
Some orders may be reviewed by our Fraud Department. Once we receive positive confirmation through our security procedures — such as credit card verification and address validation — we will proceed with shipping. Authorization is required to ship to an address other than the registered credit card address. If your order has been flagged, please contact support@nyxecigs.com.
Please do not purchase if you are not of legal smoking age, or if the intended recipient of the package is not of legal smoking age.
Shipping
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario.
Delivery times: Shipping times vary from 2–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed and paid for by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the following business day. Certain exceptions may apply.
- Online and in-store pickup orders are not processed on weekends or holidays; they will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking numbers are provided and visible on your account page upon fulfillment.
- Due to regulations, orders cannot be shipped to Quebec.
- Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
- NYX ECIGS Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Partial refunds may be offered when an incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Orders may experience delays due to inter-store transfers or stock depletion.
Free Shipping
Free shipping and same-day delivery are available on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more across Canada.* If your order is below $75, we offer some of the most competitive shipping rates available thanks to our high shipment volume.
* Certain remote locations are excluded from free shipping and may be subject to additional charges. Orders may also be delayed due to inter-store transfers or stock depletion.
Adult Signature Requirement
Please ensure you are of legal age (19+) before purchasing. All online orders are shipped with an Adult Signature (19+) requirement. If the package is not signed for by an eligible adult, it will be returned to us. In this case, a flat rate of $15 for restocking plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
ID Verification
In compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, you must present a valid government-issued ID to verify your age at the time of delivery. Our courier will inspect the ID before releasing the package. For any inquiries, please contact support@nyxecigs.com.
Same-Day Delivery
At checkout, you must select the Local Delivery option to place a same-day delivery order. If Local Delivery is not selected, your order will be processed as a regular online order and cannot be switched to Local Delivery afterward.
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday (weather permitting). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day. This service is not offered on weekends or holidays.
How Same-Day Delivery Works
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts) qualify for free same-day delivery. Orders below $75 may still select Same-Day Local Delivery at checkout for a $7.99 fee.
- Select Local Delivery as the shipping method at checkout.
- Available for residential addresses only; not available for commercial or business addresses.
- Only age-verified customers may provide delivery instructions.
- Customers in condos or apartments must meet the driver in the lobby.
- A $15 restocking fee applies to any returned packages.
- NYX ECIGS Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged products.

Same-Day Delivery FAQs
Who will be delivering my same-day order?
Our delivery partners provide same-day delivery in specific regions across the GTA. Please ensure you are available to receive your order. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Can I select a delivery time?
Unfortunately, specific delivery times cannot be requested.
What if I'm not available when the driver arrives?
If our delivery partner attempts delivery and a secure location cannot be found, they may try to contact you using the phone number provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to us. A partial refund (minus a $15 restocking fee) will be processed within 24–72 hours of its return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Is there a minimum for same-day delivery?
Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (excluding taxes and discounts) qualify for free same-day delivery. Orders below $75 may select Same-Day Local Delivery at checkout for a $7.99 fee.
How will I know the driver is on the way?
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and another when your order is en route. You can use the real-time GPS tracker for the latest updates, or contact the courier's customer service through the "Help" option. For additional assistance, contact support@nyxecigs.com.
Why was my same-day delivery order delivered the next day?
If your order was placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff, it will be delivered on the next available business day.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered an incorrect address on your same-day delivery order, please contact support@nyxecigs.com at least 30 minutes before the 12:00 PM cutoff so we can update your order.
Can I cancel a same-day delivery order?
Yes, as long as you contact support@nyxecigs.com before 12:00 PM. Orders canceled after the cutoff are subject to a flat $15 restocking fee.
Can I add something to my same-day delivery order?
Once your order has been placed, additional items cannot be added.
What is the delivery window for same-day delivery?
Orders typically arrive between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Specific times and special requests cannot be accommodated. This service is not available for commercial or business locations.
My delivery window has passed and my order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the courier's customer service at alwaysot.com and email support@nyxecigs.com.
Will there be a second delivery attempt?
No, we do not provide multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to us by the courier and a partial refund will be issued within 48 hours, minus a $15 restocking fee. Exceptions may be considered in specific cases.
