    To adhere to the rules and regulations of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, you will be required to provide proof of age through valid Government identification upon the arrival of your package. Our courier will inspect the ID before releasing your package.

    HOW OUR SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICES WORK

    • Same-day delivery services are available Monday to Friday (weather permitting).
    • We do not offer this service on weekends and holidays.
    • Orders must be placed before the 12:00 PM cutoff time.
    • Orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts) will be eligible for this service.
    • Select the “Local Delivery” Shipping Method on the checkout page to receive this service.
    • Orders placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff time will be delivered on the next business day.
    • This service is only available for residential addresses.
    • We do not offer this service to commercial/business addresses.
    • Only age-verified customers have the option to provide delivery instructions.
    • We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged products.
    • Customers living in condos or apartments must meet the driver in the lobby.
    • A restocking fee of $15 will apply for any returned packages.

    ID VERIFICATION

    In compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, you must present a valid government identification to verify your age upon package delivery. Our courier will inspect the ID before releasing your package. For any inquiries, please contact us at support@nyxecigs.com.

    SAME DAY DELIVERY FAQ

    Who will be delivering my same-day order?

    Our delivery partners provide same-day delivery in specific regions across the GTA. Please ensure you are present to receive your order. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

    Can I select the delivery time?

    Unfortunately, you cannot request a specific delivery time.

    What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

    If our delivery partner attempts delivery but you are unavailable and a secure location cannot be found, they may attempt to contact you using the phone number provided during checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to us. A partial refund (minus a $15 restocking fee) will be processed within 24–72 hours of its return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days to reflect.

    Is there a minimum for Same-Day Delivery?

    Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more (excluding taxes and discounts) qualify for free Same-Day Delivery. Orders below $75.00 may still select Same-Day Local Delivery at checkout for a $7.99 fee.

    Why was my Same-Day Delivery order delivered the next day?

    If your order was placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff, it will be delivered on the next available business day.

    Can I cancel a Same-Day Delivery order?

    You must contact support@nyxecigs.com before 12:00 PM. Orders canceled after the cutoff will be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

    What is the delivery window for Same-Day Delivery?

    Typically, orders will arrive between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Specific times and special requests cannot be accommodated. This service is not available for businesses or commercial locations.

    My delivery window has passed, and my order has not arrived. What should I do?

    Will there be a second delivery attempt?

    No, we do not provide multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the order, the package will be returned and a partial refund issued (minus a $15 restocking fee). Exceptions may be considered in specific cases.
