NYX ECIGS SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Our online store services will now offer to deliver your lovely packages to your address for orders over $50 before tax! You can now freely shop for your favourite vape E-liquids, Pods, Starter Kits, and many more by selecting our Same Day Delivery option upon checkout. Same-day Delivery will be FREE as long as your order is over $50 before tax. Once confirmed items will be brought to you within the same day that you placed your order; see below for more details. Why wait for what you need? Your package will come right to your door!

Upon checkout, you MUST select the "Local Delivery" option in order to process your same day delivery order. If you have not selected the "Local Delivery" option, your order will automatically be processed as a Regular Online Order (Regular Online orders cannot be switched into Local Delivery once the order is processed).

SAME DAY DELIVERY CHECKER

HOW OUR SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICES WORK

NYX ECIGS’ same day delivery services will be available from Monday to Friday. All orders that have been placed on our Online Vape Store, before 12:00PM, will be processed and sent out for delivery between 1:00PM - 9:00PM within the same day the order was placed. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the contents of your order, tracking detail, and the total that was paid. When this process is completed, your order will be sent out and delivered to your given address. If your given address is an apartment building we ask that you meet with our courier at the lobby for hand off. Be advised, the courier will not leave any package at your front door, mailbox, or given to your concierge. Customers must be readily available at the moment the courier arrives. Please be sure to have your phone available, as the courier may call you regarding the delivery.

NOTE: For any orders that were placed after 12:00PM will be sent for delivery on the next business day. In addition, orders that fail to be received will result in a reattempt to deliver the order on the next business day. Failure to receive packages on the second attempt will result in a full refund and cancellation of the order. (A $9.99 delivery fee will not be included on the refund if the second attempt is not successful).

ID VERIFICATION

In order to follow the rules and regulations of the Smoke Free Ontario Act, upon the arrival of your package you will be required to provide proof of age through a valid Ontario identification. Our courier will ask to inspect the ID before releasing your package.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURE

With our new implementation of NYX ECIGS’ same day delivery option, we’ve added some necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Before hand off please read the following:

  • All customers are required to wear a face mask or face covering (we may request for you to remove it temporarily to ensure you are of age).
  • Please be sure to have hands sanitized/washed prior to meeting the courier.
  • If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you indicate that on your cart prior to purchase. Other alternatives will be provided.
  • Upon hand off, our courier will be wearing a face covering and keeping their distance (6 feet apart). Be mindful of the space between you and the courier.
