The service is free on orders subtotaling $75 or more, excluding taxes and after all discounts. Orders below $75 can still select Same-Day Local Delivery at checkout for a $7.99 fee. To place your order for same day delivery, you will go through the same process as you normally would when ordering from the NYX Vape website. Only, it’s important to note that you should select the “Local Delivery'' shipping method during Checkout to make sure that your order is fulfilled and shipped accordingly.
Placing your order for the “Local Delivery” shipping method before our 12:00 PM cutoff time on a business day (between Monday to Friday excluding holidays) will ensure that your order goes out for delivery on the same day!
What happens if your Local Delivery order is placed after our 12:00 PM cutoff time, or placed over weekends or holidays? Don’t fret! Your Local Delivery order will be fulfilled for delivery to occur the very next business day.
Once your order is fulfilled, then your order will be on its way to you! Orders typically arrive between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM, and customers must be available during this window to receive their order. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed or requested.
The Same Day Delivery service is available for select regions including: Acton, Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Burlington, Concord/Vaughan, Courtice, Etobicoke, Halton, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, North York, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto/York, Waterdown, Whitby and Woodbridge. After your order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order including the Local Delivery shipping method selected, tracking details and your order total.
Delivery procedures:
To use our website you must be 19+ years of age. When your order is being delivered, you must provide a valid Government Issued ID, showing that you are of legal smoking age for the release of your package.
Orders from NYX Vape will not be left in mailboxes, at your door, or with a concierge. If you live in a condo or apartment, you will be asked to meet your delivery driver in the lobby or at the main doors.
If you need to make alternative arrangements for your delivery, please contact us before completing your purchase and note it in the Notes section of your order on the Shopping Cart page. We do not provide multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive your order and a secure handover cannot be completed, the package will be returned to us and a partial refund issued, less a $15 restocking fee. The same $15 restocking fee applies to same-day orders cancelled after the 12:00 PM cutoff.
