1) If you've already purchased the product from NYX ECIGS and we've reduced the price, you are eligible for a price adjustment if the product was purchased within the past 15 days. Price adjustments will be credited in the form of store credit.
Special Sale Discounts/Holiday Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to any orders made prior to any Special Sales or Holiday Sales (Flash Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc). Neither will store credit be issued under these circumstances.
2) If you would like to price match an item prior to your purchase, the following requirements must be fulfilled!
- The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges.
- The product must be sold AND shipped by a retailer or authorized dealer located within Ontario, Canada. Check the dealer’s shipping policy on the competitor’s site to confirm.

- The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price.
