This service is offered free for your convenience for orders subtotaling $50 before tax and after all discounts! Want to receive your order the same day that it’s placed? To place your order for same day delivery, you will go through the same process as you normally would when ordering from the NYXECIGS website. Only, it’s important to note that you should select the “Local Delivery'' shipping method during Checkout to make sure that your order is fulfilled and shipped accordingly.
Placing your order for the “Local Delivery” shipping method before our 12:00 PM cutoff time on a business day (between Monday to Friday excluding holidays) will ensure that your order goes out for delivery on the same day!
What happens if your Local Delivery order is placed after our 12:00 PM cutoff time, or placed over weekends or holidays? Don’t fret! Your Local Delivery order will be fulfilled for delivery to occur the very next business day.
Once your order is fulfilled, then your order will be on its way to you! Delivery should be expected between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and customers must be readily available during these times to receive their order.
The Same Day Delivery service is available for select regions including: Ajax, Brampton, Concord/Brampton, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond hill, Scarborough, Toronto and Whitby. After your order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order including the Local Delivery shipping method selected, tracking details and your order total.
Delivery procedures:
To use our website you must be 19+ years of age. When your order is being delivered, you must provide a valid Government Issued ID, showing that you are of legal smoking age for the release of your package.
All orders from NYXECIGS will not be left in mailboxes, at your door, or with a concierge. If you live in an apartment, you will be asked to meet your delivery driver at the main doors. When meeting your delivery driver, there are certain COVID precautions upheld for the safety of you and your courier. We require you to wear a face covering (that may be asked to be removed for age and identity verification) and to keep a distance of 6 feet from your delivery driver.
If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID symptoms, we kindly ask that you contact us through email and indicate this in the Notes Section of your order on your Shopping Cart page prior to completing your purchase. Your email should include your Order Number, and can be directed to support@nyxecigs.com. Our team will assist you with making alternative arrangements for your delivery.
Failure to receive your order will result in a re-delivery attempt the next business day. If you are unavailable to receive your order during this second delivery attempt, this will result in an automatic cancellation of your order, and an order cancellation fee of $9.99.
